Preview draft — July 19, 2026

Preview notice: this policy is a product and architecture draft. It requires legal review before Production launch or external customer onboarding.

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Fascinante Digital handles information when people visit our website, create an account, use Fascinante Platform, contact us, or choose to connect a third-party service.

Information We Handle

Depending on the features you use, we may handle:

We do not ask you to send passwords, access tokens or other secrets through support messages.

Optional Google Connections

Google integrations are not currently enabled for external users. If you later choose to connect Google, the product will request separate consent for each integration and only the minimum scopes needed for the feature you select. Depending on that choice, the product may access:

Google Sign-In, when enabled for an environment, remains separate from consent to access Search Console, Google Analytics or Business Profile data.

Fascinante Digital's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We will not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Before any external Google connection is enabled, its tokens must be kept server-side, protected at rest, excluded from logs and removable through a documented disconnect and revocation flow.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

We do not use account or connected-service data for unrelated advertising purposes.

Service Providers and Disclosure

We may use infrastructure, database, hosting, email and security providers to operate the service. They may process only the information needed to perform those services under their applicable terms and safeguards.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate notice and protections. We do not sell personal information.

Retention, Disconnection and Deletion

We retain information only while it is needed for the purposes described above, to meet security and legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Retention periods must be documented before each external integration is enabled.

Disconnecting a provider must stop new access and trigger the applicable token revocation and data-deletion workflow. Some security or legal records may be retained when required, but they will no longer be used to provide the disconnected integration.

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including server-side authorization, restricted secret handling and security monitoring. No service can guarantee absolute security. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account or data may be at risk.

Your Choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your account, subject to legal and security requirements. You may also withdraw consent for an optional integration by disconnecting it once that control is available or by contacting us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product, providers or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
